It's a normal occurrence in the PH server to see the whole server having a downtime which can last a few hours to a couple of days. Aside from this, often times the server just dies and we can't get in a match altogether.

Players have to be constantly wary of their latency and sometimes it's a dice roll whether you get a stable ping from one game to the next. so as a Filipino, I'm matched only with Filipinos on the PH server of SEA and even if I'm on a 200mbps Fiber connection and only matched with other players in my local area pings can hover around 90 to 200ms on-peak hours. On the top of my head here are some struggles we face on a daily basis trying to enjoy and have fun playing league: The horrible latency- The SEA server is not one big server it's composed of various servers for each SEA country like PH, INDO, MY, SG, etc. I'm sure the RIOT run servers have their own issues but the SEA servers run by Garena are on a different level.
